too many people let choices and preferences in music, music equipment, and other trivial decisions turn into a competitive mess. just my drunk meandering 2 cents. fools get offended to see a motherfucker do something different from them

so what exactly is wrong with that? I see no problem with people not wanting to share tunes. If a jock spends hours and hours of digging and researching, why should he be required to let someone else have that exact gem without the work he/she put into finding it. Equally, I see no reason for anyone to get all but hurt when they can’t get someone to give them that shortcut.

A few people I know either like techno/minimal or like trance/progressive and despise the alternate genre(s), being quite vocal about it. It’s like, I understand if you don’t actually like that genre, but there’s no need to be a bell end about it.
