During my update from Win8 to Win8.1 pro, All of my software was lost. My last backup of my collections was on April 2nd and I have since converted all of my cd’s. Heres to the reorganization process!

Actually Traktor screwed up when dating hte backup file somehow. It was backed up as of edits I made yesterday. Dodged a bullet. Woot!

I made the upgrade and got everything settled now. Dude. Way less RAM usage and CPU usage across the board on all applications.
I upgraded to 8.1 as soon as it came out, best thing I ever did. The most up to date version of Windows now has the red X back at the top corner of the Metro apps, fantastic addition.
And yeah the performance is a ton better.

I’m still on 7, and completely undecided re: switching up to 8.
How much bloatware is there on 8, and is it easily removed?
