X1 + Mixer w/o Interface?

A friend of mine is offering an X1 at a great price so I figured why not. I was under the impression that I needed an interface to use it with my DB2. He says I don’t need an interface at all. Am I missing something?

Think I just answered my own question. USB plugs from x1 and DB2 into my macbook. :tada:

You’re correct. Your DB2 has a USB soundcard. No need for an additional soundcard
