X1 Mk2 LEDs

Hey guys… It’s time for a silly question.

What do the blue LEDs above the touch strip signify? At first I thought it was track progress, then maybe phase but none of that seems to match up.

I’ve checked the manual and everything and can’t seem to find what they are for. Any help appreciated.

It varies depending on the mode you are on. They can represent track progress, phase, effects, etc. It’s worth noting the X1 does have a split mode (described in the user guide) and the LEDs can show both deck’s functions so that’s why they might have confused you.

Thanks for the reply. I know that it splits the touchpad between the two decks and that’s what the orange LEDs are showing. I was looking at the blue LEDs as if they were split between the two decks but they still didn’t seem to match up with track progress when I compared them with the screen on my laptop.

I guess I just need to keep playing with it for a while until it makes sense
