xponent, traktor pro and nano series

xponent, traktor pro and nano series

hey guys

first of all, sorry if this is in the wrong forum…

secondly, festive greetings to all!

and thirdly, i am making the switch from torq to traktor, and wondered if someonbody could talk me through setting up my xponent and nano pad/kontrol on traktor

thanks!

tom

After reading the manual, read the Traktor Midi reference guide.

http://www.traktorbible.com/pages/midiguide.en.html

i am just trying to setup Traktor 3.4 with Xponent (didnt get Traktor Pro yet). And i have some issues how to setup jog wheel, and how to make all the leds flashing on the Xponent (like when i use button as a toggle, the button will light up).

so if someone turns up with ideas, let me know as well :sunglasses:

EDIT: oh bento, that was quick, thx mate!

no problem

Thats some really good reading there, once reading that if your problems arnt answered i am more than willing to answer any specific questions

No doubt that will fill in the gaps and then some though !

check the Traktor forum, they have plenty of tks files for the xponent with traktor.. I used one of them and tweaked it to my style… I guess the wait for Torq 1.5 has taken too long.

too damn right!

cheers bento

I figured most of the things on my own now and still got to finish reading the guide bento gave me. Sad thing is, that me is traktor 3.4 user, and that midi guide is Traktor pro. 3.4 has no modifiers and macros, am I right?

second. The only thing that is left to set up on my Xponent is the led lights - like, when i press a button, which is in toggle mode, i would like it stay lit, instead it just flashes… i am not sure, how to aproach…
