I’ve played everywhere from Burning Man art cars and mobile rigs that I set up myself to nightclubs around the world. I’ve used CDJs, controllers, all-in-ones, Traktor, rekordbox, and laptop-only setups. I don’t have one ”right way”—I just have some well-formed opinions born from real-world experience across the full range of gear and environments.

I was an instructor at General Assembly, where I logged 700+ hours in front of students and designed my own curriculum from scratch. I’m also a graduate of PhDJ (cohort 4). I love to teach and share my experience with others. I’ve also worked in software for long time so technical details are my jam.
