I'm hoping there is a quick fix for these problems I'm having. I'd really rather not have to change a lot of the map settings, mostly because I can't seem to figure out the interface/ commands unless given specific step by step instructions.:confused:

Hoping someone out there has a solution for me, I don't want to just start changing map commands and seeing what happens.

You have the default mapping loaded at the same time at the DJTT mapping. You can tell by the fact that your Deck letters will show up as blue when using the NI default mapping. Go into the controller manager, select the default mapping, and turn off the In-Port from selecting the S2.

If both the default mapping and the DJTT mapping are using the same In-Port then they will both be active simultaneously causing weird behavior.

This is the mapping design. If you want to change whether the Filter or Gain is on the top layer with the other on the Shift layer, find them in the Assignment table for the DJTT mapping by sorting by comments and change the Filter conditions from M1=0 to 1 and M2=0 to 1 and do the opposite for Gain M1=1 to 0 and M2=1 to 0. M1 and M2 are the left and right Shift modifiers.

Re-import the tsi. The FX settings often take two imports to load properly

Also related, Effects Bank 3 is not mapped to anything...would be a great feature to have a "Shift" capability to dynamically assign the effects banks and presets to a Deck A OR B OR BOTH....

1. This is not currently a function in the mapping.

2. If the effects are all different, please re-import the mapping as it often takes two imports from the effect settings to load properly

Hey all I have the DJTT s2 mapping and im trying to figure out how to map the master level to work as the master level. It currently does nothing.
really like to get this done quick have a bunch of shows next week.

Since you're posting in this thread, I'm assuming you have v1.1 of the DJTT S2 mapping. I'd start with upgrading to the new(er) version and go from there.
