I really don't see why this would be a standalone mixer. I mean, it could be, but it doesn't make much sense.
1) Theres the whole system of Traktor plugged right into it, with mixing capablilites built in.
2) NI aren't exactly great at making mixing software. Traktor's mixer is pretty meh all around. A standalone mixer with Traktor's algorithms vs the DJM-T1? Yeah. No. I wouldn't be surprised if the NI mixer didn't have isolators.
3) Why would they jack the price so far up to include what's already done by the software? That just doesn't sound very efficient...
Unless the people saying "standalone mixer" dont actually mean "standalone mixer" but "knob box thats ripped out of the middle of an S2 with some shineys."
