i hate the fw 800 port on my mbp. the damn plug pops out when you sneeze in the room next door.
drop it, turn it into a third usb, everyone is happy. i'm fine with two though, so maybe just drop it.

Love my trackball mouse specially as i like to have my laptop as much out of the way as possible. I know mac trackpads are supposed to be amazing but i just dont like track pads in general. And if i was to start using a trackpad id have to place my laptop that much closer to me.Quote:

no one does, but the reason it's expected is because every single other manufacturer puts out at least 3 USBs in their laptops. I'd say that's conservative too, as I've never seen a non apple laptop in the past few years that had less than 4.Quote:
