Default VCI 100. Serato or Traktor?

    Hi,

I am new to mixing and am planning on teaching myself how to. I have been given an old VCI 100 and the firmware I believe is still 1.2 and a soundcard. What do people suggest is the best software to use to master mixing? Can I use either Serato to Traktor?

    Thanks

    MM

You can only use certified controllers as the primary device in Serato (for jog wheels, EQ, mixer). Serato's MIDI mapping only applies to additional functions like cuepoints.
