    Default Xone:92 + Pio RMX-500 - does it work ?

    Hello !

I'd like to add some external effects to my setup. But I 've heard that Xone mixers only work with pure analog effects, because there is a noticeable delay/phasing when using digital ones such as the Pio RMX-1000 or 500.

I did my own research and I could only find people that had problems with a XONE 4D + Rmx-1000 combo.

Anybody on here that experience with this or knows more about it ?

    Thanks in advance

That sounds like rubbish to me. The signal coming out of the mixer is analogue, and the return signal is also analogue. The only degradation would come from the digital processing in the RMX unit. I've personally used a EFX-500 with a Xone:62 and the only audio issues came from the fact the EFX unit is a 15 year old piece of digital hardware...
