Default Raspberry pi midi controller for Ableton

    Hi all

I have a raspberry pi 1 b that I would like to use to make a midi controller for ableton live 4x4 grid and 8 potentiometers.
I have seen tutorials using arduino and teensy however I already have the raspberry pi lying around.

Does anyone here know if it can be done?

    Thanks in advance

The raspberry pi would be an absolutely terrible choice, sell the pi, buy a mini version of the arduino Leonardo(3 bucks on ebay) and there you go, USB-MIDI
