I spin techno/hard techno/schranz the scene in NY is anemic. Its all hip/hop and electrohouse/minimal techno. I love minimal but my heart belongs to the hard sounds. And the UK has that in abundance. NYC has gotten soft.

Silly DJ loops are for kids!
hence my reasoning for wanting to go overseas and getting a taste of a different culture and a new scene.

What are you like with girls? I can't be showing some yanky around who's too pussy to chat to women! I play in a small bar in London, tasty birds coming up to me all night long asking for requests. So far who ever is with me just goes "erm, I'll ask", when ever a girl asks them for something. I need someone who's gonna deal with the matter! Someone who is gonna keep her there and end up with us going home with her and her mates. I wanna be turning around to see you snogging chicks then saying "your tracks only gonna get played if your mates come and dance with the DJ". Are you qualified for the job?
Bristol and London are rave central.
Im shameless when it comes to women, if thats the only requirement then when do you want me there? Lol, do you need a press kit or anything by the way let me know. Thanks.

i recently moved to the UK from VA myself. let me tell you, it is no easy feat. long term visas are getting harder and harder to obtain and the job market isnt too great either. living in the city can be expensive as well.
i will tell you, if you are looking at moving here for anything longer then 6 months, you need a visa and you need to look into that before you look into anything else.
