Im really feeling the half time bass line tunes (Im calling it half-step) coming out of late like Bassnectars "basshead", Vamanosby Davip, and the Subfocus remix of ruskos "hold on"

Can you guys recommend anything in this vein ?

Gotta love dnb's ability to absorb any other genre out there and make it 10x as awesome

There was a whole EP that Limewax released awhile back that was straight up halfstep (and yes, it's been called halfstep for quite awhile now), I think Current Value did quite a bit of halfstep as well.

There was a whole big phase where tons of producers were doing it. We've even got a halfstep tune out by Bishop awhile back

There is other ways, for instance if you put in a 3 bar loop on the start of a dnb pad (with nothing else going on in the background, otherwise this wont work) then layer than with an electro track pitched to exactly 2/3 the tempo of the original track - you can make a transition out of tracks thats dont drop in bpm.

Xilent / Imprintz / Kloe - Maximum. Although I dont' think it's really electro house, but defo close.

Got one incoming by DaVIP on our Russian Roulette EP that goes into a slower "breaks / house" breakdown (half way through). Can actually checkout a clip of that on our player as well, just upped it the other day.

Camo and Krooked do some good electro dnb that would mash up well. I do minimal techno mixes that faze into dnb. If u like minimal dnb the Sunchase album is amazing
