My Neighbors Listen to House Music.. Because They Have To.
did the same thing happen at HardFest in la a few years back?
as a guy thats been out here in la / oc since the 90's all i can say is this.
when pasqual was starting out he was one of the very few promoters i used to let flyer in front of our club (metropolis in irvine, doc martin and taylor weekly).
EDC is his event and frankly, this shows me hes phoning it in at this point. at the very least i hope he is. because if this is how he plans a large event hes got no idea what hes doing. i hope im wrong, he seemed like a good guy over the years. but this is just irresponsible organization. how long have we been doing events now on l.a.? 15 years plus? we can do better than this.
every time i want to quit this scene i see something like this that tells me the scene needs old school producers back in the game. we know how to deal with big events, and keep issues like this from happening in the first place.
absolutely shameful to see this going on in my city.

Cos kids are so pussfied and mollycoddled these days they have nothing better to fight against than festival security? Just think of the results if they actually put shoulder to shove on something important.
Of course, to those idiots it's a crime when someone hacks Justin Bieber's world tour page to send him to Pyong Yang.
I wasn't condoning it I was just saying festivals are the only places Ive seen people prepared to stand up to security.
