Pour a bunch of sugar in there, let it sit over night. Take it out in the morning, but don't wash it off. The fader cap should be sufficiently sticky enough so that this won't happen again. Dilemma solved.

a dirty fader dunked in coffee only adds to the beverage's inherent perfection. swallow hard.
personally, I stopped caring about contamination since I noticed that my coffee is so ridiculously strong, it disintegrates everything I put in the cup with a loud "gloub" sound - as if it were sentient. when I put a spoon inside, it remains in an upright position not because the liquid is too thick, but because the spoon is afraid of moving.
I am the caffeinator.
