Gear and Airport Security

Well i'm just worried about me carrying it on me and then being harassed by security at check points and shit. That's what my original post was for. Will they harass me when carrying it on me? As in like think i'm bringing a bomb on the plane?

I have the Maschine bag in transit to me (should be here on Friday ) and I will carry it all on me, but I don't want shit to get confiscated for any reason. Especially since i'm Indian and BROWN - especially after the whole Osama ordeal n shit.

in my opinion travelling around asia when u look like an asian shouldnt cause you any problems most of the reports of passengers mistaken for terrorists that ive read of are going to usa itself not out of.... as for your equipment maybe check in your x1 and midifighter and hand carry the rest... got frens who has travelled around asia with their dj gear (malaysia, hongkong, singapore, indonesia, india etc) so far no problems.... i would however suggest that u declare all your gear before leaving the states with customs dept. so when u come back u can prove that u bought your items locally and not get slapped with import taxes... other than that enjoy your trip...

The RMX caused issues with the scanners, probably due to the big lump of steel the bottom of it.
