@Liambo, i like your setup, but doesn't it get a bit tiring playing vinyl when the decks are that far apart??

I don't have anything serious at the moment. Just a hercules mp3 e2 and my iMac an Acer Laptop xD
Hopefully I'm getting 2 akai LPD8 in the next weeks.
And in the months to come I'm getting a macbook pro. I'm also making a set of 2 midi controllers and a mixer. That's an early 3d representation of how the decks will be. I haven't designed the mixer in 3d yet.

It's pretty simple since I intend to have all the effects/loop/etc controls the mixer.

Well, when i was in Rubadub in Glasgow (highly recommend their online store) I listened to Genelecs, Adam A7X's, VXT4's and other speakers. Got adviced them and got a brilliant deal £90 off with free cables and i do not regret it. They are really loud and sound fantastic, much louder and better than my Rokit 6's.

Thanks FEP, to be honest i thought it would also but when im in the middle of it all its just a quick stretch and quite easy to lean over and adjust. But iv always played with CDJ's in the inside, tried them on the outside and hated it.

Do the trip to IKEA, my words of advice are though - always check the kitchen section.. That's where iv found the majority of my stuff!

My mum bought it off ebay from a seller who did quite a lot of ranges or stencils, i can't remember the name of the seller because i was looking for the seller again to buy a Technics one Its just like a gloss vinyl. It looks awesome and went on the wall really well. Didn't bubble or is not peeling.
