    Default Just got the S2....The main gain knob is not working?

    Hi guys.

    THe main gain knob is not working on my new S2.....Very strange....anyone got any ideas as to why or what I could do?

    as in you aren't getting sound through your main or its not moving on the program?

    You should really read the manual and use its index before posting here and there for some basic questions.
    Here's the answer: the main volume knob on the s4 is linked to the hardware, not the software (ie you control the soundcard itself with it).

    Ah ok....so the main level knob on the s2 is controlling the volume level for the soundcard, not the volume inside of Traktor, is that right?

    Yes. You can still control the main Traktor gain with the mouse.

    are u on booth or main output?
