Audio Dj 2 with Traktor Pro or LE ?

I had the same isssue.I have registered my Traktor LE 2 which came with the audio 2 .But there were no answer.And one day (Sunday) ı recieved a mail and they send me mine serial to upgrade I still cant believe.I even write them ticket and they respond to it as well.They are awesome at this.

I have registered my Traktor 1 LE in october to get upgrade to Traktor 2 LE. So there is no chance of getting pro update? :/

Mmmm. I have just received an email quoting 'activated TRAKTOR LE after January 1st, 2011'
So not sure if your's will be eligible?

Soo, story so far,
I registered my copy of TP LE yesterday.
NI in there niceness. Have sent me a serial for:
TP LE2.

I have now registered my copy. Does this mean after 2 serials for the software I am now eligible for the free upgrade to Traktor Pro 2.
Just asking again as this seem's a very good deal to me!

Not sure I follow you...Email was a response to your request for Pro update? Also with success or not?
One more thing, does hardware registration plays any role in this? Just found out that I haven't registered my audio2dj sound card, not traktor that came with it

I'll go through it, I registered my copy of TRAKTOR LE through the Service center. Then enquired regarding an upgrade. I then received an email with a serial for TRAKTOR LE2. Registered it through the service centre. And have now received an email telling me that a Serial for TRAKTOR 2 will be sent out in a 'newsletter'.

The date I mentioned I believe is important as it is a condition that the software TRAKTOR LE, was registered after January the 1st 2012. And as far as I know (happily) qualifies myself for the upgrade.

I am also trying to register my sound card but am having issues with it already being registered?

I am now heading to two weeks since I received confirmation that I would be receiving the serial number upgrade for Traktor Pro 2.
The support so far has been very helpful from NI.
I have asked on the NI message boards now for any help.
Just wondering how long it generally takes for the Serial number for Traktor pro 2 to come through for everyone else?

I was having the same issue of "already registered" , so I contacted them by email, and they fix the problem and send me a serial, try send a ticket and explain your situation, 2 week is not a normal waiting time for the tp2 setial

This would be my 2nd email lin 12 days to ask about this. The last confirmed my enquiry had been sent to the order support on the 25th. Still awaiting a reply after I recontacted referring the email. mmmm
