Its one of the few things that you can get working with a mouse click, but yes should also work with midi map.

You could probably assign it to a push encoder just like slip looping.

i mean it needs just the function mixer -> volume adjust to work in external mode.

if this will be possible you need just an unused poti or fader to map so that u can pull down volume an turn fx on...
I don't thank can work. There is no way for traktor to "route" FX audio around the mixers channel volume....you would need two signals for ever deck from traktor to the mixer...one with audio and one with just the FX AND have a mixer with either enough inputs to support that or be custom built to work that way with software. Note, this is not solved by just having an FX Send/Return on the mixer....what you are asking would require audio routed differently than an FX Send/Return bus.

But maybe I am just not seeing it clearly...so, I could be wrong.

You could probably map a button to activate flux mode and effectively hold the platter (but not pause), that would silence the audio but allow the FX to trail off. In fact you wouldn't even need them to be post fader for that to work.

Can I download 2.6 and still keep 2.0?

I wanna play around with it but not lose 2.0 seems as I'm DJ'ing all weekend.

Yes, since Pro 2 came about all old versions have been stored in the Traktor backup folder:

I have just found a fix for this i think!!!
Map any button you want to beatjump xfine, this forces flux mode to start flashing, then whatever you do whils holding that button is in flux mode. Let go of the beatjump button and your back to where you should Be.

EDIT: doesnt work for coded vinyl, the coded vinyl changes the silent tracking line not the live line

To get loops working you have to map to "loop set" none of the other loop functions seem to trigger flux mode?

Any other twitch users having issues with flux?

turn flux on (mapped a button to it)
set a loop going (using a mapped encoder or one of the mapped buttons)
shorten the loop (turn encoder or hit a smaller loop button)
then try turning flux off or turning the loop off or both at the same time.... it don't work just goes out of the loop without 'fluxing' forward...

it does work (can see the green flashing flux mode thing) when holding down the encoder as if it was mapped as momentary/hold (even though it isn't...WTH...)

could be this behaviour hasn't been implemented by design, but I liked the idea of setting a loop, slowly ratcheting up the speed and then turning off flux and having it jump back, not having to hold it down...

It seams after messing around with loop on my F1 that if your (loop Active on) Button as Toggle it want work with Flux mode but if the Loop button is hold it works just fine.
P.S: you are not supose to turn of flux but the loop and while flux stil active it will jump to were in song you would have been if not looped
