    Safe as, K.

Joshua Heath is definitely worth a listen. Multi-instrumentalist with a masters in jazz studies. Check out his releases on Miguel Mig's Salted imprint, My Headphones is a stone cold classic floorfiller.

Yeah man we are on the same page.

I love a lot of the stuff on OM Records and Miguel Migs and his Naked and Salted releases, he is a total hero. I saw Migs DJ once once it was a sublime nite of awesome house music.

    Defo mate.

    Perfect house/funk/Philly soul crossover:

Joshua Heath - Casa Fiesta (DAE)

If our night had one anthem it would be that.

Quantic is full bore rare Latin Funk these days, Tru-thoughts is fairly eclectic, as is Ninja tunes ... so I wouldn't call it downtempo/breakbeat exclusively

Not exclusively, but certainly more known for that sort of thing than house/funk.

Tried finding some house on Youtube last night, there's not really much of a selection for it.

I think Nervous Records has a lot of good house/ electro house artists
Also, I heard a song by Treasure Fingers and started searching for his/her stuff and found a lot of funky/ nu disco stuff
