Id honestly prefer this over the s8 just for space constraints. Now I have a reason to return my S8.

one of the best things about using 2 X1s is having simultaneous access to play/cue/sync/hotcues for all four decks at the same time

Feels like NI have drunk their own remix deck/stem kool aid

+1 ... The only thing better would be to add in screens and give you all 8 hot-cues at once. I also have a D2's but due to NI's inability to fault find the audio drop out issue I've returned to OS X 10.8.5 and Traktor 2.6.8 and my X1mk2's, and honestly they work better for my workflow.

perhaps its just me, but it seems rather redundant to pay extra money to put screens on a unit while ignoring the capable screen on your laptop.

Man i am glad that i got my S8 for 920€ otherwise i would consider to buy this but thx to that NI Summer Discount
