Hahaha so do they arrest people or not?

Underage drinking parties seem like a bad idea to me, especially for anyone there old enough to drink. Cops tend to look at them, as they are probably the one one that bought some of the booze. I recommend not drinking, but that's just me.

    Dj'ing at underage parties-- opinion?

move to germany or somewhere alike! we can drink beer at the age of 16 and the rest when we turn 18. plus no one really cares if you´re drinking underage
I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.

    Same here in holland
And if we have a party we turn the sound so loud that when the neighbours call the cops, the cops can't hear them

If you blow zero's you'll be fine. It's not like your over 21 and could be potentially charged with distributing to minors. Much of this responsibility falls to the host.

If you didn't blow zero's you might get an MIP. I know many people who received one and it was never a very big deal. Many of them got thrown out or dropped eventually --- not that I'm advocating you not be ready or not to worry about getting one.

If the police do show up, the only logical thing to do is play "Bad Boys" by Inner Circle.

"F**k th Police" by NWA seems more appropriate IMO lol...

But seriously, I have the same question, because I'm underage, and I'm DJ'ing 2 parties this weekend where there will be a mix of underage and of age drinkers. I'm not drinking, but I'm not really trying to run out with all my speakers and everything. What do I do, just say I was hired to DJ?

Well sometimes I do get a bit concerned by seeing 12 year olds here already lying in the gutter, passed out due to having drunk too many Bacardi Breezers...

If they are there for a underage drinking complaint and they walk up to the house and music is loud you will get charged with a noise violation. Even if that's not the original complaint. If they witness a violation you better believe you will get charged. Doesn't matter your academic achievements or anything. The only thing that'd help is if you personally knew the. Cops. At least in my experience when growing up in the states. Originally from Texas now live in small town in Canada where the law enforcement is way different.

Any lawyers on forum may correct me but I believe you will likely end up with your gear being confiscated also
