Because your music sucks? Not sure what you mean. If you don't have "followers" or friends willing to back you then how do you expect them to want to hear you spin?

No, not because my music sucks. In my school you would be know as a try hard if you did that. The evolution has changed haha

So, you're supposed to sit back, do nothing and let everybody figure out that they should ask you to DJ their school party? Oh yeah, you're part of that generation where, in baseball, everybody get's to hit, get on base and score a point and every team gets a trophy at the end of the season. BRO, go out and MAKE IT HAPPEN!. When you get into the real world NOBODY is going to hand you a job and no one is "entitled" to be famous.

Dude your 14 wait until your 18 before you even think about getting gigs. I was djing minimal techno and playing gigs in clubs when I was 15-16 but only because of where I lived and the people I knew.

Where would you like to perform first? Have you had some thoughts about that? You said someone is bound to throw a party. Birthday party? House party? If you don't know anyone personally to ask them, if you can DJ at their party, then you've got to get other people in your area to know you. I think SirReal's advice is pretty good. And BTW, you'll always have someone who will dislikes you and what you are trying to accomplish. If it is a very small group of people, just ignore them. If it is mostly everyone, quit DJing.

+1 for scamo's reply. ask your friends if you can dj at one of their birthday parties or throw a house party with your friends. it doesn't have to be a rager, just a reason to get people together and make music part of the night. my first gig was a birthday party and i asked if i could dj for a half hour. my second was a bbq my friends threw after returning from a cross country trip. if you have other creative friends get them involved as well: live painters, people who like to make food, costumes, dance, whatever and you will build your own scene/community. then others who have similar interests will join up and it will grow and evolve and there will be more opportunities for performing. that's what's happening around here at least. (SF Bay Area).

You've got plenty of time to grow as an artist. if you keep with it in ten years you won't have to worry about where the next gig will be. patience, young padwan...

+1 It can be a shindig - doesn't have to be a hootenanny.
