Forget about it. Go big or go home! Get some beyerdynamic t70p headphones and then get them recabled for a longer cable and then seal the ports by BTG AUDIO!!! Out of your price range. But save man. and you wont ever look back
Old 4chan pic, but I've used this to buy my headphones for years. Def worth the read. Maybe we should sticky this or something? This does get asked a lot.

Great bang-for buck, multi-purpose cans. They make headphones for companies like Allen & Heath!
Over ear 50's mean great isolation, they fit comfortably and they pull double duty as production monitor headphones too! In the states I think they run between 100-150. I've had mine almost a year now and have taken them all over Thailand, where the travelling can be rough at times. They're still going strong.![]()
Senns HD25's to be honest OP, as many have said above, proven over years. Although I own and use Technics RP-DJ1200's which I've had for 17 years+, still the same pair and not let me down once, they've been heavily gigged and I will admit the cups are well worn and there is a bit of tape support the arms, they're still spot on audio wise after all the bashing they've had.
20+ years man & boy, working the platters that matter. D3EP DJ.
