2x SCS3Ds, a BCD2000 and an iPad running TouchOSC via midi to USB leads.
TSP2 2.7 + 2.7 = 5.4ms Total

HP DV5 - Core2duo 2.Ghz, 3Gb ram, XP SP3
TSP2/Audio8/timecode vinyl - 48Khz @ slightly under 10ms total latency
I believe this is with the 2.0.15 driver.

No glitches...but, see others have lower latency so may expriment
(could always go back)
