    Standing for me. been using my s4 box on top of a desk to get a bit more height for now.

    I love this! My setup is in an alcove in my livingroom, I've got ikea LED lights under the table and always play in the dark standing. Same thing, feels like a booth. Pretty packed, I even have chords everywhere haha. Makes me feel like a DJ

    Its not crucial, its just personal preference.

    Ever seen Cassy play? She's, imo, one of the best (female) techno DJ's around and she just stands, extremely focussed on what she's doing. Even her eyes move slowly from place to place, yet still her sets have so much energy!

    better angles and sight lines to controls...not limited to reach of your arms...this isn't the friggin space shuttle...get on your damn feet...

    but then again..i wouldn't mind finding a nice high bar chair for when i do want to sit at home...

    to me its like playing guitar: if you learn guitar sitting you feel awkward as shit when you try to play standing up. if you learn standing.. etc. i sit down alot cause im a lazy ass but when i record i stand
