I moved, so there's a new & improved playground. now you know why I don't have a gear list in my sig enjoy:



gear list - clockwise, starting with the mixer:
ecler evo5 + eternal CF, macbook (bleh), sennheiser hd25, pdx3000mk2 + ortofon s120 OM, nanopad, lpd8, some vintage pioneer amps, akai lpk25, korg kp2, IBM t61p, numark NS6, korg KP3, IBM w701, RME fireface 400, beyerdynamic dt-990pro, access virus TI, modded dmg-01 game boy, akai mpk49, NI maschine, APC80, moog etherwave+ theremin, vintage sony tapedeck... and a programmable keypad I'll somehow work into the setup soon.

in case you were wondering, yes. there are speakers next to the DJ set, and there's a sub under the table. as far as producing goes, I still am doing my downmixes on headphones - until I can afford a pair of adam a8x's.

yes. it's pretty sweet, especially the jogs... I'm just waiting for someone to make a traktor mapping I won't have the time until winter (2 festivals, 1 EP...)

nargilem tn-610 highly recommended. I went through many others, but this one I've had for 6 years now and I don't see a reason for change. only makes sense with a nargilem/mya hose though.

over the years, including the software licenses and the music, I'd say the equivalent of a mid-class sports car with some extras... and I can't say I regret not owning a car

the rental agreement is limited to two years, so I'll rely on good positioning and some slight cancellation. I'll be giving release stems to a proper studio anyway.

the a8x will blow you away, they are incredible monsters! and in a room that big you will need some foam on the walls to not waste that clear sound
