No, it's remarks like these that get deleted, as they clearly do not have any relation to the subject other than trolling.

I think we are heading for a unit with two X1 mkII sections, Two F1 sections, screens and a beefy 4 channel mixer section.

The clues are out there guys.
    What new Video?

I think you could use Turntable FX for that (with a jogwheel its more fun though)

The S8 will probably introduce a new chapter for Traktor. Following the "leaked" info, NI will release it with the new software. There is no doubt live remixing is the big next step for Traktor. The S8 will probably give the dj more options/tools to get creative than most existing midi-controllers. Hopefully, all of this will bring some refreshment to the dj-industry, I'm curious!!

Speculation, all speculation. You have zero info at this point. All you have are hunches. We can't rely on those.

i'd probably buy a all complete unit of Two X1s and Two f1s and four channel mixer, it would cost >$1000 U.S. though no??

and i really don't get the rational of NI having the decks horizontally stacked while the X1s are vertical?

I get that a mixer is vertical, so it makes way more sense for me to have vertical GUI decks in software, or flip the X1s on the side? So that at least they're the same way up, it sort of messes with my brain, but thats probe just me??

Add in 4 OLED (dreamin) screens, the thing would be an absolute beast

    What about:

    Software
    • 3 conditions per mapping command
    • Boolean operators for mappings (this would almost halve the amount of commands needed!)
    • Being able to use 16 or even 8 samples at a time instead of just 4
    • Finally recognising there are other controllers out there with jogwheels apart from the S2/S4. The jog accuracy at the moment is unacceptable
    • A better way of using Maschine and Traktor together than using virtual midi ports
    • Assigning templates to a specific software in the controller editor

    Hardware
I dunno, a Z4 for those who are screaming for one maybe. I'm pretty satisfied with my hardware at the moment. Maybe an F1 with pressure sensitive pads. I don't know if I would even buy one of those if it came out.

Wow I like some of the suggetions for new features if NI comes out with a new controller. I dont have many suggestions but the ones I do have are listed below.

    • Screen
    • Jog Wheel
    • FX
    • Strip
    • Sampler
    Numark 4 Trak | VCI-400 | Fostex PM0.3 Bookshelf Monitors | The Triple Threat NI-F1, N1-X1-MK2, NI-Z1 | Serato DJ/Flip

A Maschine Studio-sized or bigger keyboard to complement the Maschine and Traktor might be forthcoming, based on the information in the opening post. I would imagine NI are trying to figure out how to get Komplete more involved in live performances as a separate element from Maschine and that may be the key thing that has been overlooked, particularly if it has a few extra unique features built in and MIDI in and out ports to take into account other instruments. Even better if it has a built in audio interface to act as a central controller of sorts in this regard. In fact, the more I think about it, the more likely this might seem like what is going to happen.
