VCI-100 Right pitch fader has cut out!!

Hey guys,

I was using the VCI-100s in Traktor LE the other day (OS X 10.6.2) and my right pitch control cut out. Now my headphone/mix knob controls my right pitch as well, and the physical right pitch fader does nothing - it doesn't even send (i.e. no red light on the controller). I've had the controller checked out for internal issues and everything seems to be in order, so I'm stuck for ideas. Please help!!!

Additional info: Prior to this error both my bass faders have been acting up, and only work as switches now :-S. Not sure if it's related. I've tried the controller on Traktor LE on other computers not running Snow Leopard and had the same symptoms.

Hopefully this isn't already in the forum somewhere. I had a look for it but came up short.

my faders are also dead but i put beer in mine i need new ones but i cant find any where to find them

Did this get worse over time or just suddenly happen?
