so I just bought a 25SL, and i'm wondering if I should take it back, I'm new to using Ableton and its seeming very difficult at this time to get everything working like it does in my mind. Anyone out there have some suggestions for me? i'm use to using traktor to mix but I wanted to start making my own stuff, should I go for a different software or different hardware?

I have a mk 1 remote sl and use it with ableton. Love it. It can be confusing as hell sometimes (especially in the beginning) but once you know the ropes I think its a nice generic keyboard

my problem is I keep watching youtube for some tips and tricks, and i can't get mine to work the instruments like they show, I'm wondering if i should have got a microkorg instead.... Ableton is extremely frustrating to navigate, i just need to find a local that can spend an hour or two explaining how the frick to set this thing up, lol
