All the plates in the world are going to be useless to you anyway if you really want to take controllerism routines to the highest level possible, you will end up having to make your own/use stickers over the top of existing labels, so this is a perfect excuse to do your own mod job and make it black while your doing it.

There is certainly some room left on the vci-100 to get creative design wise, especially with the jogs and the area around the volume faders/crossfader. Also you could change the Vestax logo to your own "luigislaperig special edition"

The only way you will have a hope of getting your hands on an official black VCI-100 is as Krilikz says, though ebay.
