Looks neat, exactly what does the different parts of the joystick do? Is it a XYcontroller or something different?

the stick itself is an X Y Z axis, and controlls parameters of global fx that are turned on by the buttons on the stick.
the rest of the pots and buttons, controll different parameters of midi drums
like arpegiators pitch and release.
