HELP nothing is working!!!

I just got a used vci-100se
I am using a mac book pro17" computer
I have Traktor 1.2.4 (r8092)
I have the latest .TSI from site
I have 1.3 (I am almost positive, you click that button above the left jog wheel and it changes from green to orange, correct?)
#1 when I try to make a loop (using the loop 8 button) it makes loop markers but does not "loop them" i.e it is not active.
#2 when I have 4 decks running pressing play on C or D makes them play for 2 bars (aprox) and then the deck above starts to play.

I have watched Ian's video and my controller dose not seem to behave like his...
any thoughts.
does DJTT provide suport for their products?

Try reloading the tsi a few times. It's big and takes Traktor a few takes to get it all in there. Also try upgrading to the latest version of Traktor (1.2.6) I think I've read that 1.2.4 was pretty buggy.

I'm going to say this is the problem, alot of users have had trouble with 1.2.4

here is the problem.
I bought the vci-100 from an ebay seller who offered it with Traktor Pro.
I got in the package an unopened copy of LE, a boxed traktor 3 and a boxed traktor pro. when I went to the "service center" it had already been registered so I am using a "borrowed" copy of Traktor.
Any advice?
Also in setup when I chose the VCI 100 from devices then I chose in port and out port as VCI as well. Then I go back into traktor and it's funky so I go back to setup and it has gone back to "generic keyboard"
Any ideas?
