found the problem. Make sure there is a space between the "-c" and the file name, otherwise the display reads "S1" and isn't setup as per the txt file.

Do you mean before the "/"?
When you say the display reads 'S1', you mean the display on the PK?

    thanx

it's a program that severely modifies how much control you have over the korg padkontrol. Basically, the customizing options that korg should have included, but made by another, similar to http://www.midikatapult.com/Katapult/Home.html for the launchpad, but not with a nice gui.

Got it... I knew it was something stupid. The problem was that I was typing
'farmpad' to run the soft, then on the next line I was retyping 'farmpad -c/myfile.txt'... The soft would stay up and running but the config file was never operational...

Thanx a lot for your time DJPhaidon, I really appreciate.

Now, I have stuff to program...

    Cheers

No problem man. Glad to see that you got it working. If you need any help with the hot cue states, drop me a line, but pretty sure that you'll have to use bomes to get it to do what you would like it to do.
