    is there any way of Making the Akai LPD8 Pads a bit more responsive

    someone in sapphires uk said their friend had put tape under the pads or something

    Anyone heard of this?

    Sure this has been posted just recently.

    The pads are pretty damn responsive as standard whats your issue with them?

    I find i have to hit mine pretty hard for drums in ableton, don't know if you can amplify the velocity.

    i've only owned one drum pad the LPD8

    but it does feel like i have to whack them quite a bit to get full velocity.

    I've just bought Nerve Drum Vst

    It totally rocks.

    I used GURU before, which i didn't like so much.

    guru had a full velocity button. I suppose i could add an increase in velocity in cubase somehow.
