mixdeck platter issue

so i upgraded to traktor pro the other day, and i am using a numark mixdeck. At first i had some issue with it being recognized via USB, but fixed that. Now for some reason, deck A wont scratch when the scratch button is highlighted, however, if i double tap on the touch sensitive platter, it stops the music, and allows me to scratch, but wont play when i release, or hit the play button. Deck B works perfect, and i cant seem to figure out what the hell is going wrong with it. can anyone please help, or if you have a .tsi file that works for the mixdeck and traktor pro, can i please get a copy sent to me? my personal email is jringeno@gmail.com.....thanks!

have you tried running a cd or usb stick through deck A? if it does the same thing it's a hardware issue, if not then its a response issue between the mixdeck and traktor. find this out and we'll go from there.
