help with Imix Reload

Hello... Im new here and i was hoping someone could help me...
Just got my Imix reload today, everything is working fine except for the song select knob (Cannot move up/down on song list)... Tried traktor and deckadance but none of them seem to recognize it

wondering if this a software problem or the thing is just defective??

any help would be much appreciated.

Does the MIDI light in Traktor flash when you move it? The light should blink if it's receiving a signal from the unit. If so then it's just a mapping bug. If it doesn't flash and the rest of your controllers buttons do there may be a hardware issue
