APC20 vs. Launchpad
Before i start this topic, ive read these were both designer for ableton but can they both be used in traktor?
Anyway, which would be a better buy, im only looking for something to launch cue's, loop rolls + track skips. the novation dicer was first looked at but its not got enough options to fit my needs.

Based on your specific needs, I'd say get the LP; the APC might be overkill for what you want to do.
Another big question to ask yourself is - how important are regular faders? Would you be able to get by with the LP's "virtual"/columns of buttons faders? If you don't mind those columns, the LP might be a better choice; it has a smaller footprint and plenty of customization potential - for example, it's super-easy to set up the LP with Ableton drum racks.

Not about overkill here imo, the LP has far more buttons which gives you good control over for example 4 decks. I think the LP has bigger buttons as well but i might be wrong
