So i'm sat here looking at the 4midiloop and wondering where it all went wrong when i thought. This is the kind of controller i need, no jogs just control. As they say if you want something done do it yourself so i went into photoshop and came up with this...



i dont wanna make this post too long but does this seem remotely plausible as a controller to you guys? I think i should have someone review my sanity before i embark on creating this, if i ever do.

Sorry, for the bad joke. To be honest, i'm horrible at photoshop.

The real question here is; Is this what you want?
It doesn't really matter what other people think of it. If it suits your workflow, and your needs then go for it. Personally, i like the idea of the Rane 68 style buttons down the sides.

I don't know why people don't like jog wheels? Isn't it easier to set random cue points and scroll through songs at the very least.
