Mixtrack Jogwheel is sticky

I just bought mine this afternoon...and after playing around with it for 30 minutes i noticed that the jogwheel on the right is sticky...it doesnt spin loosely as much as the left jogwheel.. planning on having it replaced


bought it in taipei taiwan


anyone encountered this problem? or is this normal...i find it quite odd..

considering its a day old, i wouldnt want to open it up..i'd considering this if it were older...thanks for the tip

How else did you possibly think you could fix it? WD40? Spin it until it loosens : P.

The first one I bought didn't have it(but it had a crossfader problem), but the 2nd one , the right jogwheel was sticky, same as you.
I returned mine.

Just my 2 cents.

the owner gave me an offer i couldnt refuse...
i switched to an omni control...
