Default FX presets for the VCI 100SE

Hello I was viewing the tutorial How to Create Sweep/Drama Build-ups in Traktor.
And I am wondering is there a option to set or download new FX presets for the VCI 100SE?
So that the can load with a press of the button. And is there a good thread about FX combinations?

I've been wondering about the exact same thing for a while now and I posted a thread about it yesterday. Still awaiting replies
You're in the wrong section of the forum though.. you should repost this in the General discussion.

The VCISE is mapped as is, won't change till Tpro 2 maybe.

This is a walkthough of how to map it all right.

So think about a knob you dont use on the vci and think about mapping it.

I'm considering blowing out the loops and mapping the fx knobs in loop mode to be some super knobs

I've done it in a mapping here. It's not accessible via the "effects preset" buttons because it requires 2 effects units to control, but is directly assigned to a knob and button. Hope this helps:

@fellis; Thanks for the effort, but when I import the .tsi file the controller isn't responding to Tracktor. How can I import it correctly?

Hmm,are you using Firmware Version 1.4? Because that could be the problem. Otherwise, try importing it with the big import button twice and see it it works

This might be what you're looking for... lets you know how to set up your own chained fx combinations. Gonna come in handy for me today, I think!

This is a very easy mapping tip. You can choose to assign one effect to a button. Or a whole chain. This tip is only to LOAD the effects into the unit, not tweaking parameters or settings.

 Add in… ‘Effect 1 Select’ to the button you want. (in FX chained)
o Make sure the interaction mode is set to direct
o Assign to the desired FX unit
o Set the value to the effect you want the button to load.
o Set the FX panel mode to 0

 To load a chain repeat the same steps to the same button, each time with a different effect.
o Do this 3 times to load all three effects in the effect slots.

Now when you press the button the selected FX unit will change to the effects you mapped.
You can repeat this process with another button to store more chain presets.
