Numark Mixdeck Urgent Help

hi guys i purchased a mixdeck a week ago, it works well apart from 1 highly annoyong issue the scratch feature plays up alot, it works sometimes then all of a suddern stops working and instead wen the jog wheel is turned it alters the pitch of the song while in scratch mode, and when it is in scratch mode it will sometimes stop the track perfectly then the song will start jumping like start stuttering even though my hand is on the platter. im sure its not an issue with the unit because i returned it for another new mixdeck but still with the same issue. and it does it with cds and midi, this is highly frustrating me please someone help.

as this occurs with CD and MIDI I'd say eather the jogwheels are crap, or the device-firmware goes nuts.

in both cases the manufacturerer is responsible. go get your money back!

Update the firmware?? i have no such problems:S

i have done the firmware upgrade but with no sucess, its still the same im totaly lost as to what to do. i took it back to the shop and they hook it up and it works fine then as soon as i take it home and hook it up it plays up .
