Default Laptop keeps going to sleep?

since everything can be controlled from the S4 I could be going more then 10mins + without touching the keyboard... but my laptop dims down or even goes to sleep? I am not sure why this is happening? since the program is running? should I be updating the setting on my Mac OS? or Traktor setting?

Go into System Preferences, Click Energy Saver, Go to the Display Sleep slider and Slide the slider all the way to the right so that your display never goes to sleep. You can automate this so that every time you open Traktor it does this, but honestly, there's no need. If you want your computer to sleep, force it to sleep and if you don't want it to sleep, but just want no light from the screen, just dim it all the way down. I hope this solved your problem and anyone else's.

Another way you could do it is to go to the mac app store and download 'caffeine' It stops your computer going to sleep with the click of 1 button

I've heard the caffeine program works, but I took advice from a very old post here on DJTT and made a custom Automator program that disables the sleep functions, turns off WiFi, turns off bluetooth, and quits all programs. I have one that will automatically format my laptop for DJ use, and another that restores all my settings for personal use.

Here's a link to the post, hope it helps.
