Problems with VCI100 and DJTT mapping

ok so i bought a vestax vci 100 a couple weeks ago and decided to try out the DJTT mapping with traktor pro demo, it worked pretty solid but i encoutered a number of problems D: . I think I have Firmware 1.2 but im not sure. So anyways my first problem is My Fourth effect Button (rightside next to temp slider under rotary effect parameter knob) doesnt activate the third effect in the FX bank and instead somtimes activiates the cue headphone button and just a few minutes ago i was playing with the vestax and when i pushed it and made my entire vestax's LED's start flashing oddly and stop responding sort of. And I just booted up traktor demo again and now when i hit the button again it toggles up and down the 'PAT' on the dedicated slicer's FX section .Also when i activated my sampler (on the DJTT mapping) and started to try and record my cue point juggle, the recorded loop would decrease in tempo greatly and then increase greatly (120bmp - 180bmp), even though i didnt touch it.

any ideas on whats happening? its a new vestax bought from amazon, im not too keen on buying the firmware upgrade from Djtt is there any way to fix this problem???

weel know bug of the 1.2 firmware on the 4 button.
an upgrade will solve it

And the other weird behaviour is most likely because you haven't selected the VCI in the IN/OUT port settings in controller manager. If it's set to all ports, crazy shit can happen.

It'll still be screwy. You're using FW1.2 at best, and that has all sorts of issues with the SE mapping (bass knobs not sending the filter signals, one of the sync buttons not toggling as you'd think it should, etc. etc.)
