Default 2 more faders on vci100

I like to control 4 decks at a time in traktor and i think it would be a lot more convenient to have 4 volume faders on my vci than two. id love an s4 but not really an option financially for me atmat.

anyway I wanna see if you guys had any ideas for this, I have seen 3 done where someone had put one right in the middle of of the two orginal.

I'm new to controller modding so any help is appreciated, thanks

It'd be VERY difficult, you need to find 2 other faders or knobs to use, reroute their internal connections to new faders (which you would have to recut the faceplate to install). This is possible, but it's very much not a beginner's mod.

The other option that I've seen some people use is just to remap the pitch faders as line faders, but obviously you then lose pitch control.

grab the connections of two knobs (better take those of two black micro-knibbly-knobs as they are useless anyway), rerout them to you faders, and install them properly to you faceplate!

This. I did exactly this with my reloop! Works a treat!

Customize a midi fighter with sample deck faders by knobs and buttons to launch them
