Numark MixtrackPro + Virtual DJ problem

yo yo,
Been producing for a while but was just given a numark mixtrackpro. Not the nicest but it can be some fun. Using it with virtual dj directly through usb. can't get any sound out of my headphones to cue tracks? Ideas?

Hey there! I would assume something is not mapped right with VDJ. How does everything else work? Any issues? Have you tried using it with Traktor and getting any luck?
