VMS4 CRAZY Jog wheels!!!

Hi everybudiezzz!!!

I have a problem with my jogwheels on my vms4: doesn't matter which assingment I give in Traktor, when I spin them either right or left, the jog wheels goes randomly foward and backward. I am mixing different styles of GOA so I am no scatcher but they would come to be useful to determine where to put the cue point.
I have done my own mapping and everything works just fine (doing what I want)
Is it me Noobing around or is this a hardware problem?

Well, I ran the VDJ LE that was coming with the VMS4 and the jog wheels work perfectly, which means there is no Harware problem wich also means I must be noobing around with TRAKTOR PRO. I just don't understand my mistake.

I added IN jog scratch+tempo bend and used the learn button and it gives me for the left jog wheel Ch01.CC.48+Ch01.CC.04.
I selected: encoder - 7Fh/01h same problem when relative or direct.

Tell me I am a noob and this can be easily fixed 'cause I bought this controller to NOT HAVE TO use the damned mouse.
my computer should just be a screen where I can see wich music I am loading and the wave.

Sounds like you guys are struggling with the wheels. Try out my mapping, it's been good for me. And if you have Traktor Pro2 it works pretty good, the hotcue points light up blue to show the sample decks are playing when Decks C/D are in sample deck mode.

Sounds like you guys are struggling with the wheels. Try out my mapping, it's been good for me. And if you have Traktor Pro2 it works pretty good, the hotcue points light up blue to show the sample decks are playing when Decks C/D are in sample deck mode.

Thx but I am mixing darkpsy and I am working with Traktor pro (not the 2).
So I have kinda crazy mapping and thing are the way I need, not where it is writen... I had a look at some people mapping so I could solve some problems and take some ideas but I like the home made stuff, much more practical for my Djing style.

Well the Guys from american audio decide to make the jog wheels work like faders instead of encoders so problem solved, (the quality of the jog-wheels is probably due to this issue)
