Snap light blinking :S / Audio streaming

Hello everyone!!

I've been posting during the last weeks but in case you don't know me yet I'm Nicolas from Chile, a happy traktor s4 owner hehe. I got my controller couple weeks ago (from DJ TECH TOOLS) and feel very happy for the service, very good customer service from Zach!

Well, I started using S4 software but as soon as I installed Traktor 2 I quit S4. Then, I started to use S4 again for no reason but then when I used Traktor 2 again I couldn't make my controller work (even audio). I noticed that "snap light" is blinking, there's no audio and I can't make it work. This is not happening in S4 software, is currently working normal there but in Traktor 2 snap ligh doesnt stop blinking. I didn't change any setup before so I have no idea what's happening.

Anyone could help me?
Also, one more question:

Is it possible to stream via Twitcam/Ustream using my S4 audio card? Sending direct line to the website. I have only my controller, no external audio cards. Actually, when I go to audio preferences in twitcam, it shows me traktor s4 card but when I select this there's no audio interference (volume signal doesn't even move)

I don't know about the streaming question, I know ColdFusion has a show he broadcasts, you could probably PM him.

In terms of what to do about your problem, use the setup wizard in Traktor 2 (Preferences - Bottom left corner) and work everything out from there. Also make sure that the S4 is set as your main audio interface, and that it isn't in MIDI Mode (Shift + Browse puts it in and out of MIDI Mode) If that doesn't work, do a clean reinstall of TP2. If that doesn't work, talk to the place where you bought it from about a replacement.

Check to make sure the S4 is set in audio setup in preferences. The flashing snap button is in the manual along with a whole lot of other neat little S4 tricks that aren't labeled on the controller.

The easiest way to broadcast on ustream is to run an RCA to mini jack plug from the S4 main out to the in on you're computer.
